The Honeycomb Arts and Wellness Collective offers Body Mindfulness Yoga. A practice designed to unite the body and mind through breathwork and movement, while exploring body literacy and promoting nervous system regulation. Friendly for all levels of experience (including beginners). Bring yourself, your peeps, your mat, some water, and your beautiful energy.
This is a free offering courtesy of Mercy Health’s Stepping Out program. Donations of $5-$20 are encouraged to support the Honeycomb Arts and Wellness Collective, and can be made via cash or Venmo (@honeycombartsandwellness). All donations will go to the Honeycomb Arts and Wellness Collective to support operations and ongoing community programs for art, culture, and wellness.
