The Open, a free concert event on Federal and Phelps in downtown Youngstown, will be held on Saturday, October 19. The event will feature National Recording Artist Red Wanting Blue; Youngstown’s Houseband; Blaq Rose; Howard Howell; and DJ Chip Banks. All proceeds benefit Youngstown’s downtown businesses. All food and beverage provided exclusively by downtown businesses.
