The Mix

The Mix – The Art and Music Within Us will be held on May 15 at The Butler Institute of American Art. Conversation on Creating Art & Music will be from 6:15pm-7:00pm followed by the concert from 7:00pm-8:30pm.

Chuck Olson’s painting exhibition will close on May 18. In celebration of not only his visual artistic achievements he is sharing his musical talent along with his friends and occasional bandmates: Rob James & Greg Joseph of “The Clarks,” Joe Grushecky of “The Houserockers,” Rick Witkowski of “BE Taylor” &” Crack the Sky,” Joe Waslousky on drums & Jeff Schmutz of “Good Brother Earl.” The band covers The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Warren Zevon, Talking Heads, Bruce Springsteen, Tom Petty, The Clash and more!

This event is not only for fun entertainment, but also a fundraiser for the Butler Institute. Price is $40 Members | $50 Non-members. Call 234-228-8588.
