The Spring 2023 Graduating BFA Exhibition, featuring the art and design work of students graduating in the spring semester from the Department of Art at Youngstown State University, will open at the McDonough Museum of Art on Friday, April 21, and run through Saturday, May 6.
An opening reception will occur on Friday, April 21, 5:00-7:00pm for the exhibition at the McDonough. The exhibition and reception are free and open to the public. The McDonough Museum is open Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00am–4:00pm.
Students in the Department of Art work closely with nationally and internationally known faculty engaged in a broad range of art and design practices. The Graduating BFA Exhibition allows students to share the original and innovative discoveries they have made in their artistic journeys, communicating to the public their creative expressions of human experience.
