The United Quilt Guild will hold the 12th Biennial Quilt Show “Our Material World” July 18-20, 2024 at the Salem Center Plex. It is considered one of the best Quilt Shows in Ohio with visitors from out of state. Hours are 10:00am-5:oopm Thursday, July 18, Friday, July 19, and Saturday, July 20. There will be vendors, dream baskets, prizes, food, and two quilt raffles.
Every Quilt Show they select an organization to give a percentage of the show’s profit to a charity. The selected charity for this year’s event is Sleep in Heavenly Peace. They are a group that builds beds for needy children that are sleeping on the floor. Their quilts and pillowcases are easy to supply but cash can be used to supply lumber for the beds themselves.
