PUMP STRONG hosted by Studio Pump combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to the beat of music so each move has a beat and each beat has a move. This hour-long session is a high energy, non-dance, full body workout suitable for all fitness levels. Ticket price also includes your choice of a small GREEN or GRAIN bowl and a beverage. Each guest will also receive a Studio Pump swag bag. Space is limited. Weather permitting, this event will be held outdoors.
