Youngstown State University Theatre presents On the Verge October 4-6 & 11-13 at Ford Theater in Bliss Hall on the YSU campus. Join University Theatre as they kick off the season with Eric Overmyer’s “On the Verge,” a whimsical adventure set in 1888. Follow three intrepid women explorers—Mary, Fanny, and Alex—as they journey through Terra Incognita, the last uncharted territory. From negotiating with chameleonic cannibals to encountering eccentric trolls, this lyrical and surreal production promises a unique theatrical experience. This play celebrates the strength of a diverse ensemble cast and the magic of discovery and friendship.
Performances are October 4-5 & 11-12 at 7:30pm and October 6 & 13 at 2:00pm. Tickets will be available for sale by visiting ysu.tix.com.
