The Youngstown Symphony Orchestra presents its third concert of the Platinum Classical Series of the 2019-2020 season. Winner of multiple awards, including a coveted prize at the 2009 Van Cliburn Competition, pianist Di Wu joins the orchestra and Mr. Fleischer in Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 20, K 466. The K 466, like all Mozart piano concerti towers majestically above the landscape of the concerto literature of his period. Completing the program is Schubert’s Symphony No. 5, D 589 in B-flat Major and the Holst Brook Green Suite.
