The Winter Campus at the Jewish Community Center of Youngstown opens November 26, 2021. Skating will be free and open to the community on the JCC’s rink and curling lane until January 2, 2022. Hours are from 4:00pm-8:00pm Thursdays and Fridays and 12:00pm-8:00pm Saturdays and Sundays. December 27 – December 31 hours are 12:00pm-8:00pm. Skate rental is $3 for JCC members and $4 for nonmembers. Snacks are available for purchase at the Ice Shack.
S’mores will be offered at 5:00pm every Saturday. Free family events will be held December 4 & 19, and January 2. December 4 will be Hanukkah & Hot Cocoa from 5:30 pm-8:00pm. Participants will enjoy s’mores by the fire. December 19 will be a Frozen Princess Party from 12:00pm-2:00pm. Participants will be able to take photos with princesses at the Selfie Station and special treats will be available for purchase at the Ice Shack. Skate into the New Year with the JCC on January 2 from 12:00pm-8:00pm. Participants will be able to take photos at the Selfie Station and enjoy s’mores by the fire. They will receive complimentary 2022 glasses and noise makers. Special treats will be available for purchase at the Ice Shack.
