Mahoning Valley Historical Society announces its September Bites and Bits of History lunchtime program at the Tyler History Center. “Greystone…Through the Years” is the title of the free presentation at noon on Thursday, September 15, 2022. The program will be presented by MVHS Collections Manager Jessica Trickett.
From original drawings, photographs of Greystone over many decades, and images of the historic house museum it is today, guests will learn about the family that built Greystone in the Arts and Crafts architectural style, through stories and quotes from the former owners, Olive F.A. Arms and Wilford P. Arms.
Jessica Trickett has been employed by the Mahoning Valley Historical Society since 1998. As Manager of Collections and Curatorial Services, she curates the historical society’s collection, develops museum exhibits, and works with other staff, interns, and volunteers to make the collection accessible to the public. She holds an M.A. in History and a certificate in Historic Preservation from Youngstown State University.
Bites and Bits of History lunchtime programs are presented by the John and Loretta Hynes Foundation.
