Part scavenger hunt, part road trip, the Amazing History Race is a fun summer evening event that tests your knowledge of local history. Individuals or teams will begin their vehicular adventure with a set of clues directing them to a number of different landmark sites spread throughout the Valley. If you’re directionally (or historically) challenged, not to worry. They will have a “lifeline” available for those who are stumped along the way. Bring a smart phone or digital camera to photograph the landmarks you visit so they can verify that you’ve figured out the correct historical sites at the end of the race.
