The City of Youngstown, Youngstown CityScape, and Title Sponsor Premier Bank are excited to present this year’s Light Up Night, Flea on Phelps, and Tree Lighting Ceremony on Friday, December 3, 2021. Festivities begin at 4:00pm with the Flea on Phelps powered by Platt Insurance. It’s a special edition, outdoor night market on the city’s newest pedestrian path along Phelps Street. There will be entertainment and music on the nearby Commerce Stage. All of this is paired with the City’s amazing, annual Tree Lighting (at approximately 6:15pm). There will also be drink specials at downtown restaurants and a commemorative mug available at Avalon Downtown, Bistro 1907, Gringo’s, Prima Cucina, The Foundation Lounge, The Mocha House, West 34, and Youngstown Axe. The first 300 Flea shoppers will also be awarded a Spruce commemorative tote bag.
