As the week winds down, so should you. Put your mind and body at ease and come spend your Thursday evening on Lake Milton with Shaka Fitness. Allow the sounds and sights of nature to encompass you as you practice yoga on the water. An experience like no other, come and unwind! No experience needed, beginners welcome. Ages 18 years and up. $35 per person per class, package pricing available.
Dates are June 17, 24, July 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, August 5, 12, 19, and 26, at 6:30pm.
SUP and safety equipment, and SUP lesson and floating yoga class are included. Please bring valid ID (required to participate), towel, and water bottle. Do not bring cell phone or valuables to class. Wear comfortable, quick drying clothes that allow for freedom of movement. Athletic or yoga apparel is recommended.
