Join Shaka Fitness floating yogis as they connect with nature, tune into the sounds of summer and let go of expectation. This 90-minute practice will challenge your mindfulness, balance, strength, and mobility in the glow of the setting sun. No experience needed, beginners welcome. Ages 18 years and up. $35 per person per class, package pricing available.
Dates are June 14, 21, 28, July 5, 12, 19, 26, August 2, 9, 16, and 23, at 6:30pm.
SUP and safety equipment, and SUP lesson and floating yoga class are included. Please bring valid ID (required to participate), towel, and water bottle. Do not bring cell phone or valuables to class.
