Starter: Obatzda -Bavarian style beer cheese spread with pretzel bites.
Your choice of entree: Sauerbraten with Potato Pancakes -Marinated beef roast and root vegetables cooked low and slow with crispy potato pancakes.
Schnitzel with Red Cabbage -Tender, thin pork breaded and pan fried served with dumplings and red cabbage.
Dessert: Dornfelder Kirschkuchen -Chocolate, cherry tart and whipped cream.
