The Autism Society of Mahoning Valley’s Mahoning Valley Warrior event presented by the Knapp Center for Childhood Development will be held on June 3, 2023 from 8:30am-1:30pm at the Canfield Fairgrounds.
The Canfield Fairgrounds will be buzzing with excitement as runners, strongman athletes, businesses, community supporters and autism families come together to compete, celebrate and RAISE FUNDS to support the Autism Society of Mahoning Valley. There is an increasing need for more local programs and resources for children and adults living with autism and their families. Your support can make all the difference.
How to get involved? FIRST, Go to
AutismWarriorMV.org and choose how to get in on the fun! Register for the 5K, People-Powered Tractor Pull, Kids Fun Run, Mahoning Valley Warrior Competition featuring 4 events and/or Autism Support Walk. Top Male and Top Female will each win a $250 Cash Prize and a Custom Warrior Championship Belt. Warrior medals given to 2nd and 3rd place Male and Female participants overall.
The event will feature a Family Carnival with big interactive games, dunk tank, food trucks (Alternative Food Truck with corn dogs, philly cheesesteaks, hot sausage sandwiches+), and the largest Special Needs Resource Fair in the Mahoning Valley.
The Autism Society of Mahoning Valley is a non-profit organization serving Mahoning, Trumbull, and Columbiana Counties.
