The Youngstown Flea a “Market For Makers” is thrilled to announce #HolidayFlea, happening in their new, mixed-use community development space in downtown Youngstown. The Market will occur just in time for the Christmas Holiday, on Saturday, December 19 & Sunday, December 20, from 9:00am-3:00pm.
This former Foundry, thought to be one of the oldest buildings still standing in or near the downtown area (from the County Auditor data), is located at 365 E. Boardman Street, 44503 and will house the Youngstown Flea, a “Market for Makers”, with specialty artisan vendors from the local area providing handmade, unique gift ideas for the holidays.
“Now more than ever, our local vendors and small businesses need us. With CDC, State and local Health Department guidance, including precautionary requirements and restrictions, we know that we can facilitate a healthy environment, where the community can #ShopSafe while we #SupportSmall” says Founder of the Flea, Derrick McDowell.
The annual Holiday Market typically draws thousands of shoppers, but this year, it seeks to ensure that those who patron the Flea are conscious of the requirements for entry. A website page dedicated to the safety precautions being taken, can be found at http://youngstownflea.com/ShopSafe.
