The Paul and Yetta Gluck School of Visual Arts at the Jewish Community Center of Youngstown is offering “Cornucopia Still Life,” a drawing workshop, from 5:30-6:45pm beginning November 5. It will be held in person at the JCC, 505 Gypsy Lane, and virtually via Zoom.
The three week series is for those ages 14 and up. Participants will strike a balance between realism and self-expression through guided instruction that teaches techniques in drawing still life using a range of drawing media such as chalk and oil pastels.
Course dates are November 5, 12,and 19. The cost is $80 for JCC members and $100 for nonmembers. Visit jccyoungstown.org/visualarts to register by October 30. A Zoom link will be provided at registration for those participating virtually.
