The Fifth Annual Tour of the Valley again promises to be Ohio's largest cycling event, with over 400 racers expected over three days. Time trials begin on Friday in Ellsworth from 2pm-4pm, hosted by Mastropietro Winery. Saturday's road race will again be in Columbiana from 8am-11am. Finally, Sunday's criterium will be staged in the Downtown Youngstown/Youngstown State University area from 7am-3pm. Come enjoy July's Test of America's Best: 3 days - 21 races - 3 towns.
