The Foreigner is set in a fishing lodge in rural Georgia with a string of offbeat characters that keep the action moving and audiences laughing. The proprietor of the lodge, Betty Meeks, reveals that local property inspector, Owen Musser, is trying to oust her from her home. Guests at the lodge decide to help Betty and come up with a way to property.
